Hi, I’m Shannon! I’m a mindset coach who loves autumn days, woodland walks, and curling up with a good book. My passion for personal development grew out of my own chapter of feeling stuck and second-guessing myself. Now, I channel that experience into coaching, helping people see themselves more clearly and feel more confident about where they’re headed.
My Philosophy
At SFE Coaching, everything starts with self-awareness. When you understand your values, patterns, and strengths, you create the foundation for real change. I don’t believe in quick fixes or cookie-cutter advice. Instead, I help you slow down, tune in, and build a deeper understanding of yourself, so that every step you take feels grounded, aligned, and sustainable.

Totally get it! I was in your shoes once so I know investing in yourself can feel scary. But here’s a question back to you: how much is an investment in yourself worth? I don’t have a magic wand (sorry, still waiting on my Hogwarts letter), but coaching does work if you’re willing to show up and do the work alongside me. My job is to give you tools, shifts in perspective, and accountability, yours is to bring honesty and willingness. If you do that, “it not working” really isn’t a problem.
